Registration for the 2021 Mahasamadhi Camp will open on
Aug 4th, 2020
Taking into consideration the directives from the World Health Organization, other local and global health ministries, as well as the extensive global travel restrictions, Swami Swaroopananda Ji has requested CMSJ to postpone the 2020 MSC Aradhana camp to 2021. We are in a time of uncertainty about Covid-19 and no one can predict how things will evolve over the next few months. Keeping in mind the safety and health of all our delegates and to maximize participation at MSC, Swamiji’s decision to postpone the camp removes a big uncertainty for the Chinmaya family and allows us to focus on putting up a grand event next year.
The Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp in 2021 will follow the same theme and topics that Swami Swaroopananda ji has selected for this year’s camp.
The camp will be for five nights starting on July 29, 2021 and ending on August 3, 2021 for the same price as 2020 camp which was for four nights!
With the Lord’s grace and blessings from our Guru Parampara, and support from all of you, we hope to be able to plan a bigger and better event for everyone and offer it at the lotus feet of Pujya Gurudev.
We cordially invite all of you to join us in 2021 for the Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp. Those who are currently registered for MSC 2020, we will honor the registration fees that you have paid us and transfer your registration details to 2021. You will participate in the 2021 camp and enjoy the same for an extra day at no additional cost. You need not register again. In short, with your current registration you will be able to come to the camp in 2021 at the same cost utilizing any discounts you had received.
If, due to some unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel, you will have until March 31, 2021 to do so without incurring any penalty. Any cancellations requests received before March 31, 2021 will be given complete refund of the fees paid. Hope this gives you enough time to make plans for 2021. We really look forward to seeing you then.
The theme of this 28th Chinmaya Mahasamadhi Aradhana camp is
“The Perfect Vision”
Let us remind ourselves about the grand vision that Gurudev Swami Chinmayanada inspired us to work towards:
“Our vision shall comprehend all mankind, all nations, societies, and communities,’’ thundered Gurudev. Man is our theme of devotion, and he is our main field of worship”
In this Chinmaya Mahasamadhi Aradhana Camp, let us get inspired by the vision as expressed by Guruji Swami Tejomayananda
“A narrow vision is divisive, a broad vision expansive. But a divine vision is all inclusive.”
Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda left His bodily form on 3rd August,1993.
Each year, Chinmaya Mission Worldwide observes this Holy Day as Chinmaya Aradhana Day honoring His Life and Legacy.
The spiritual growth we are reaping today is the result of the tireless work of our beloved Pujya Gurudev and the flow of knowledge we have received from Him. We worshipfully contemplate on Pujya Gurudev and His constant Grace and honor His Life and Legacy by observing the Aradhana camp on His Mahasamadhi day.
Chinmaya Mission San Jose is extremely privileged to host the 28th anniversary of this significant event with an immersion family camp.
We invite all members of the Chinmaya Family to come together on this special occasion.
Pujya Swami Swaroopananda, the Global Head of Chinmaya Mission will conduct the camp with many of the Swamins, Brahmacharins and Teachers of Chinmaya Mission.
“Clarity in vision, chastity in expression and purity of action are sure signs of spiritual progress.“
– Swami Chinmayananda
